WEEK-TO-WEEK RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement, entered into on this___ (date)____, by and between

(hereinafter referred to as Landlord)
and____________________________________________________________________________
(hereinafter referred to as Tenant)
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the payment of the rents and the performance of the covenants
contained on the part of the Tenant, said Landlord does hereby demise and let unto the Tenant, and
Tenant hires from Landlord for use as a residence those certain premises described as:

_______________________________________________________________________________
for a tenancy from week-to-week commencing on _______(date), and ending on_________(date)_,
at a rental of $__________per week, for a total rental of $____________, payable in advance on
the first day of occupancy. It is further mutually agreed between the parties as follows:
1. Tenant shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in or about the premises.
2. Tenant shall not sub-let the premises, or any part thereof, or assign this agreement without the
written consent of the Landlord.
3. Tenant must not make any alterations or improvements to said premises, without written
consent of Landlord.
4. Landlord shall provide Tenant with the following:
Cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are (not) furnished.
Linens and bedding are, are (not), furnished.

A cleaning deposit in the amount of $_________ is required. This deposit will be refunded if
premises are left in clean and satisfactory condition. If cleaning or repair expenses must be
incurred by Landlord to restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of Tenant's
occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the cleaning deposit
and the balance, if any, will be refunded to Tenant.
