REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Special Requirements

5.1

The Board reserves the right to define or change the scope of services required.

5.2

Bidders shall be held to their proposals as submitted. The Board reserves the right to

modify the particulars of this tender with the successful bidder in whole or in part.

5.3

Agreements reached after such modifications with the successful bidder, or parts

thereof, accepted by the Board, will form part of the contract.

5.4

Each proposal will be evaluated for general conformity to specification and

capabilities of prospective bidders to execute the project.

5.5

Bidders will bear all the costs associated with their responses and no costs or

expenses incurred by or ascribed to the bidder response to this tender will be borne

by the Board.

5.6

Bidders must complete the attached tender documentation, which must be cross-

referenced to other proposal documentation, where applicable. Together the

aforementioned will comprise the tender.

5.7

Bidders shall provide curricula vitae of all key personnel whom they propose for

execution of the tasks, with clearly defined field of expertise, functions and

responsibilities.

5.8

The Board reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this tender, reject any or

all proposals, obtain any information from any lawful source regarding past business

history and practices of the bidder, and to take such information into consideration in

the evaluation process.

Evaluation Criteria

In evaluating applications, the Board will consider all relevant factors including the

following matters dealt with under paragraph 2, which are listed below in no particular

order of importance:
