When remote fixtures and exit signs are connected to emergency lighting units of less than 50 volts, circuit runs must be sufficient size
to maintain a proper operating voltage to all lamps. The maximum allowable voltage drop should not exceed 5%. Proper wire size can
be selected from the following table or by use of the following formula:
