Instructions:
1. Print directly onto patterned scrapbook paper or use as a template.
2. Cut out.
3. Punch small holes through the two circles.
4. Apply glue along arrow line and glue into a cone.
5. Cut round elastic cord to length for a chin strap and tie through the small holes.
6. Glue pompom or other embellishment to the top of cone if desired.
