listed above. Any accompanying intellectual property rights are conveyed to the Museum, unless specifically noted below. Restrictions

Donated objects will be treated in accordance with the Museum's accepted policies and procedures, which may include acceptance into

the Museum's collections or other appropriate methods of disposition. The Museum will accept no objects in violation of state, national,

or international law.

The Internal Revenue Service has determined that the Museum is a qualified non-profit corporation under the Internal Revenue code

section 501(C)(3) and as such is entitled to receive tax deductible donations. Donors are encouraged to obtain counsel from a qualified

accountant before claiming tax deductions under the laws of the State of X and the United States. The donor has not been provided with

any goods or services in exchange for the donation(s) described below.

By affixing his/her signature to this document, the donor(s) warrants that he/she has full and clear title and the legal

capacity to convey the property and any accompanying rights, the donated objects were properly obtained, and he/she

has read and agrees to the conditions listed above.
