2. COMMENT ON YOUR OWN EXPERIENCES AS A STUDENT
What are your strengths and weaknesses as a writer? What kinds of comments do you
usually receive on your papers? What are your concerns while you are writing? Has your
academic performance changed during the time you have been at Wesleyan? Why do you
think students have difficulty writing academic papers? What is some good advice you've
received concerning writing?
3. DESCRIBE ANY TEACHING OR TUTORING EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE HAD
4. SAMPLES OF YOUR ACADEMIC WRITING
Include at least two graded papers, preferably copies that show your professor’s
comments. (These papers will not be returned.)
