a. The parties have presented the Court with a written, agreed parenting plan
which provides for the legal custody, a schedule of time each parent will
have with the children and a plan for alternate dispute resolution in the
event disputes arise regarding the children. The parenting plan agreed by
the parties is approved and is made part of this Decree.
