RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I would like to be allowed to board, ride, train or otherwise engage in activities relating to horses at Little Raven Ranch,

LLC, located at 9609 Roxborough Park Road, Littleton, CO, which is owned and managed by Little Raven Ranch, LLC.

In making that request, I acknowledge the following:

WARNING: Under Colorado Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine

activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.

Horse activities are dangerous and horses are unpredictable. I, my horse, and others with me may be hurt, injured or

killed.

Horseback riding, particularly over fences and other obstacles, is particularly dangerous. People are hurt every day from

these kinds of activities.

People make mistakes. From time to time, people do things, or fail to do things, that upon reflection others may consider

negligent.

In exchange for the privilege of boarding, riding, training and generally engaging in activities related to horses at Little

Raven Ranch, LLC, I am willing to accept these risks and to release Little Raven Ranch, LLC and all persons associated

with Little Raven Ranch, LLC from any liability which may result.

On behalf of myself and my heirs, representatives or assigns, I therefore release, hold harmless and indemnify Little

Raven Ranch, LLC and its employees, members, owners, representatives, agents and trainers, from all claims I have,

either now or in the future, relating to my being allowed to board, ride, train or otherwise engage in activities relating to

horses at Little Raven Ranch, LLC, or relating to any other aspect of my relationship with Little Raven Ranch, LLC.

I do so regardless of whether these claims result directly or indirectly from any acts or omissions of Little Raven Ranch,

LLC and its employees, members, owners, representatives, agents and trainers. My intent is to give a broad release for

any type of claim I may have including a claim for negligence.

Little Raven Ranch, LLC’s property may contain defects. For example, footing in arenas, round pens, open space,

pastures and trails may contain rocks, holes, foreign objects, wild animals, poisonous snakes, spiders, uneven portions or

otherwise be unpredictable. If I am injured and I, or my heirs, representatives or assigns bring suit, I will indemnify Little

Raven Ranch, LLC and hold its employees, members, owners, representatives, agents and trainers harmless from all

damages, including attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses incurred. I will also indemnify them for the costs, expenses and

attorneys’ fees incurred in seeking indemnity.

I am (a) over the age of 18 and competent to make this release or (b) if under 18 or otherwise not competent to make this

release, my parent or legal guardian will also sign below on my behalf. I have been advised to consult an attorney

regarding this release.
