Pet Guidelines
A Happy Pet Makes a Happy Home!
The Villages of Benning is happy to accept pets at the village locations that we manage. It is
important that you read these guidelines so that your pets can continue to enjoy the community.
While we hope this does not happen, failure to follow guidelines can result in the removal of the
pet or termination of the lease.
You must request and obtain our written approval before moving your pet into the premises.
Small birds, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and gerbils which are properly caged in a
domicile designed for their habitation are not counted against any pet limit and are allowed in the
premises. However, there is a reasonable limit on all pets in the household.
