The Subcontractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes or

other items required to:

1. Demo old piping in kitchen areas so new hot and cold supply piping can

be routed to the new kitchen sink and washing machine areas (12 Total).

2. Supply and install hot and cold water supplies to each kitchen sink (12

Total) including new angle stops (as specified and approved by owner).

3. Supply and install hot and cold water supplies and washing machine box

(as specified and approved by owner) for each washing machine (12

Total).

4. Supply and install new double bowl kitchen sinks along with strainer

baskets and P-Traps (as specified and approved by owner) (12 Total), and

make necessary drain and vent connections to otherwise-supplied, new or

existing connecting points that are above finished floor and within 6 feet of

the kitchen sinks.

5. Supply and install necessary drain and vent connections to otherwise-

supplied, new or existing connecting points that are above finished floor

and within 6 feet of the washing machine boxes.

6. Supply and install new kitchen sink faucets (as specified and approved by

owner) (12 Total), and make necessary hot and cold water supply

connections and supply and install escutcheons (as specified and

approved by owner).

7. Remove and replace hot water heater in Units 201 and 601with Plan

specified Type C unit. Connect to existing hot and cold water lines. Vent

stack work by others. Pressure relief valves to be tied into existing drain

above finished floor. Install new ball valves on cold water supplies.

8. Remove and replace hot water heater in Units 604 and 605 with Plan

specified Type D unit. Connect to existing hot and cold water lines. Vent
