Contractor “Punch Out” List
Upon inspection of the job site, the following items, which were specified in the contract, remain
to be completed. Contractor is to complete the following items prior to receiving any additional
or final payment. Contactor shall notify Customer at the completion of these items, and not
before, for final inspection.
This “Punch-Out List” is relative to the agreement entered into by the parties on the ______day
