31ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
I, (Name) , spouse of (Partner) , have read the foregoing Agreement and I agree to the provisions relating
to the sale of a Partner's Partnership interest and I do agree that the provisions shall be binding on me while
this Agreement may remain in effect.
This acceptance is executed by me at the same time my spouse is executing the said Agreement.
