1. Make a list of all of the things you MUST do each day. (ex: meals, baths, work, playtime, ect.)

2. Now make a list of things you WANT to do each (or most) days. (ex: exercise, TV, ect.)

3. On the next page, write down the time you get up at the top and the time you go to bed at the
bottom. Then fill in all of the “must do” tasks from #1 throughout the day and approximate times.
4. Now, fill in the rest of the day with all of your “want to” tasks from #2 along with approximate
times. If you find that you have too many tasks to fit into your awake time, that means it is time
to cut back.
