FUNDING LETTER / VERIFICATION OF FINANCING

For private project owners (nonpublic entities), the surety requires proof of

financing for the contract before we can issue the performance/payment

bonds.

Please request that the project owner provide you with a letter from their

lender stating they have funds available to pay for this contract. ("Sample"

funding letter attached.)

As soon as this is faxed/emailed to our office we can process the required

bond forms.
