Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin is looking for models for our ﬁrst American Girl Fashion Show!

Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Model Casting Call Search will be held on Sunday, August 17 at The

Country Springs Hotel (2810 Golf Rd., Pewaukee, WI.) from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Clothing is provided in size 10 and 6X:

Size 10 - Height 54”-56” tall. Size 10 girls will model American Girl historical and contemporary clothing.

Size 6X - Height 46” to 48” tall. Size 6X girls will model American Girl Little Girl Clothing line.

All models will be required to attend 3 rehearsals prior to the show. More information regarding ﬁttings

and rehearsal times will be announced at a later date.

Models may be required to supply footwear and socks/tights depending on the costume.

We are looking for girls with poise, conﬁdence and a smile who would enjoy walking down a runway in

front of an audience of 1,200+ guests.

By signing this application, you, as parent or legal guardian of the child named below, agree to have your

child participate in all mandatory requirements, including meetings, ﬁttings, rehearsals, dress rehearsal,

and photography sessions.
