Acknowledgement of Client Guidelines

Please be advised of the following policies when visiting Dress for Success Dallas’ Client Interview Center. It is imperative

that you adhere to these guidelines. Dress for Success Dallas reserves the right to reschedule your appointment should you

fail to follow stated guidelines.

1. Do NOT bring children, spouse, family, or friends to your appointment. If a family member or spouse is your source

of transportation, they MUST drop/pick you up once your appointment is complete. Our sitting area has limited

space and is reserved for clients only.

2. Plan your time accordingly. Your appointment will take approximately 1 hour.

3. Be on time. If you are unable to make your appointment or are running late, please contact Dress for Success

Dallas at 972-392-9770.

4. Your appointment should be treated as an interview. Cell phones will not be permitted. Please keep your phone

on silent or turn it off.

5. All scheduling should be done by a Dress for Success Dallas representative. Only confirmed appointments made by

written or verbal referral will be accepted. Appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays,

between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

6. No food or beverages are allowed in the Dress for Success Client Experience Center.

7. Maintain a professional attitude and hygiene at all times.

8. Client Guidelines must accompany every client in order to receive services from Dress for Success Dallas.
