IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Permission to Train applications must be signed and returned to the player within 5 (five) Days of the permission to train being presented.
2. This is not a Clearance and players may not play in VJBL competitions without a processed clearance.
3. Under Bylaw 5 – Clearances … ‘A player registered with one association MAY NOT TRAIN OR NEGOTIATE A TRANSFER without the written
approval of the association with whom the player is registered.’
4. It is recommended that all parties retain a copy of this agreement.
5. A clearance approved by the association that the player is leaving will act as Permission to train. Both forms are not required.
