The PUPPY described above is sold for the sum of $ XXX American funds. A deposit in the amount of $XXX
is due within 24 hours of the time of reservation of said puppy in order to hold picking order. The deposit will
ONLY be refunded if the litter does not produce a XXX, if said puppy fails to thrive or does not pass veterinary
health certificate. This BUYER has the XX pick of the litter due as indicated above. The BUYER acknowledges that
the color of a puppy may change over time and there are no guarantees to the specificity of the varieties of the
XXXXXX color. Once a XXXXXXX has been born the BUYER has 7 days from the date of birth to make the final
deposit of $XXXX . Picking of the actual puppy may occur anytime between day 1 and day 20 of life. Final
payment of $XXXX is to be paid, in cash and in full, at the time of final transaction on or about XXXXX, but no

A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a Labrador Retriever puppy which is in good health at the time of sale, and
embodies the characteristics of the Labrador Retriever breed. This MALE PUPPY is purebred and is
registerable with the American Kennel Club.
This FEMALE PUPPY is not registered with a limited registration, which will not prohibit breeding and
registering offspring.
The BREEDER warrantees that the above described puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery to buyer.
The BUYER agrees to have PUPPY examined by a certified veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the
puppy is found to be anything other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the
BREEDER immediately along with all registration papers, health certificate and bill of sale. BREEDER will
take PUPPY to a certified veterinarian for diagnosis. If puppy is given a clean bill of health, no refund will be
given and all rights to the PUPPY by the BUYER are forfeited. If a disease is diagnosed the purchase price of
the PUPPY will be refunded, and all rights to the PUPPY by the BUYER are forfeited. Refund will be by check
within 14 days.
If a genetic defect presents itself within one year of birth which inhibits the quality of life for the puppy or
prevents breeding, the buyer may return the puppy for a full refund or a replacement puppy from the next
available litter.
All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
