SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

presents
do

constitute

appoint

_____________________________________________, to be my/our true lawful attorney-in-
fact, for me/us and in my/our name, place and stead, and for my/our own use and benefit, to do
and perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:
1. To acquire or purchase and/or represent and bind me as a buyer of that parcel/s of land
and/or real property/ies, including any and all improvements thereon, which property/ies are
more particularly described in the transfer certificate of title/s hereto attached as Annex “A” and
made integral part hereof, under such terms and conditions acceptable to my Attorney In Fact
and to sign, execute, acknowledge, deliver and receive the Deed of Conditional Sale, Deed of
Absolute Sale, new titles and such any and all documents, papers, deeds, including the authority
to pay all taxes or fees and to perform any and all acts and deeds for my benefit, necessary to
transfer ownership and issuance of new title/s covering said properties in my name;
2. To apply for, borrow or secure a housing loan or any loan or credit accommodation
from the Maybank Phil..Inc. (Bank) to finance the acquisition of the property/ies mentioned in
No. 1 above, in such sums as he/she /they shall think fit or advisable, the principal of all
of
which
shall
not
exceed
the
amount
of

Philippine Currency, plus any interest that may agreed upon with the said Bank, and which
subject to the usual conditions of the said Bank in loans or credit accommodation of the same
kind and to such further terms and conditions as may, upon granting the said loan, be imposed by
the said Bank, in which there may be included the appointment of the Bank-Mortgagee as
attorney-in-fact of the Mortgagor and, without any further formality, in case of any violation of
any of the terms and conditions of the mortgage contract, to take physical possession of the
mortgaged property or any part thereof and collect the price or rent thereof, to execute deeds,
contracts or agreements, necessary thereto, make repairs and improvements thereon, and the
payment of any money so spent by the mortgagee for these purpose and for taxes and insurance
premium shall be guaranteed also by the mortgage contract; to apply any fund received from the
sale and lease as above mentioned to the payment of the expenses for repairs and improvements,
taxes or other obligations incurred by the Mortgagee in connection with the mortgaged
property or to the payment of the principal and interest of the debts or obligations of the
Mortgagor.
3. For all or any purposes of these presents or for the purpose of securing the payment of
the housing loan stated in No.2 above or any loan indebtedness or other obligation which my/our
attorney-in-fact may obtain or contract personally with the said Bank, its renewal or extension of
payment of the whole or any part thereof, the said attorney-in-fact is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer and convey by way of first mortgage in favor of Maybank, the
property/ies mentioned in No. 1 above and to secure such additional co-signers as maybe
necessary or to execute any and all documents that may be required by the said Bank in
connection with this housing loan or other loan or credit accommodation
4. It is understood that this Special Power of Attorney is good not only for the original
loan but also for subsequent housing, commercial, industrial, agricultural loans or credit
accommodation that the attorney-in-fact may obtain and until this Power of Attorney is revoked
in writing copy of which is officially furnished to the Bank.
