*Retailers (who sell puppies) must send in photos of their premises and vet audits and details of all breeders.

** Companion Animal Breeders must send in photos and vet audits for their premises.

*** Boarders & Day care must send in photos and a vet audit of their premises.

Retailers Selling Puppies and Companion Animal Breeders will be asked to pay a $250 annual

advocacy fee - this will be added to your invoice.

Membership is annual from 1 July to June 30.

Membership Conditions

conditional upon ongoing compliance with these codes and any other codes PIAA might develop for categories of the pet industry.

The Pet Industry Association of Australia encourages you to use the Member Logo on your stationery, business cards, promotional

material and website.

The size and location of the logo must be in relation to the members own name, address and logo, so no confusion can arise to the literature being an official

PIAA document.

•

PIAA does not endorse products. The use of the logo on products is forbidden without prior written consent.

•

PIAA will provide the logo. This can be reduced or enlarged providing dimensions are held in proportion. No distortion of the logo is permissable.

•

PIAA will withdraw approval for the use of a logo should a member resign or become unfinancial. PIAA reserves the right to withdraw approval for use of the

logo for any appropriate reason as decided by the Board of Directors.

(Tick box) I understand that if I ever cease to be a member of the PIAA, I will immediately remove from all advertising,

documents and printed material, any and all references to the PIAA membership, accreditation and use of logo past or present.

membership term.
