Remaining generations require at least proof of one place and date for each person Proof of marriage is preferred.
Give proof of the LINK BETWEEN GENERATIONS (ex. My birth certificate names my parents).
Note that the spouses must be documented as well as the direct-line ancestors.
The name of the applicant is the first name in Generation 1; in all other generations the man's name is first.
