Association of REALTORS

(Association) hereby submits this application for Local Affiliate membership. In accordance with Article IV, Section 1(h) of the Association

®

Bylaws, the Individual states that he/she is a professional with an interest in commercial real estate, whose firm is primarily engaged in commercial real estate

activities, products, and/or services. These activities, services, and products are provided on a non-discriminatory basis.

Further, Individual understands and acknowledges the following:



Local Affiliate membership does not include membership in the State (OAR) or National (NAR) Associations of REALTORS

.

®

Local Affiliate members cannot hold any NAR designation, unless they are also an Institute Affiliate with COCAR.



Local Affiliate members are prohibited from using the REALTOR® trademark logos.



Local Affiliates may hold any office, except President or President Elect (which must be REALTORS® to satisfy E&O Insurance requirements through NAR)

The individual agrees that should he/she become engaged in any activity, which is inconsistent with Local Affiliate membership, he/she will make application for the appropriate

membership classification or resign from the Association.

Annual Dues: Individual annual dues are $195. If joining after July 1, prorated dues are ½ annual dues. If 6 or more individuals from the same firm join at the same time, annual dues

are $150 each. (all applications should be submitted at the same time to qualify for discount)
