your Social Security Number, you will be required to pay your referral fee in advance.

Purpose: This Leasing Referral Agreement represents the intention of 8z Rentals leasing services to locate

residents for the above listed property. 8z Rentals is acting only as a referral source and is not representing the

Owner, Agent, Community or Resident. The Owner authorizes 8z Rentals to provide referrals to Owner and the

specified rental property. Should a referral by 8z Rentals be approved by the Owner, 8z Rentals will be deemed

the procuring cause and shall be awarded a referral fee of 60% of one full months rent.

If rented by an outside source, the owner agrees to provide 8z Rentals with the name of the new resident.

Referral Defined: A resident is referred to the Owner when they have been in contact with 8z Rentals and

have been given information by 8z Rentals relating to the above property. Referral contact and information can

be constituted and defined as contact by phone, email, text, fax, mail, and/or meeting with the prospective

resident(s) in person. Resident referrals are also defined as a result of marketing efforts on the part of 8z

Rentals by website, signage, print, online or any other means of advertisement

. The Owner agrees not to refer

customers from 8z Rentals to other rental properties, rental agents, or real estate agents, or be subject to

paying the referral fee.

Rent Defined: The term “rent” as used in this agreement means the total price for the above listed rental

property including any and all charges to the resident included in the periodic monthly rental price of the above

listed rental property paid to the Owner. This amount shall not be reduced by rent discounts or promotions.

Rental Terms: This is a free service for prospective residents and the Owner agrees not to attempt to collect

any portion of the rental referral fee from the resident either directly or indirectly. The rental terms, conditions,

and prices, offered to prospective resident(s) referred by 8z Rentals must be the same as those offered to the

general public.
