I acknowledge that I am familiar with the provisions of section 1542 of the California Civil Code which states:

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER

FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR

HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

I hereby expressly waive and relinquish any rights or benefits which I had, now have or may have in the future under section 1542 of

the Civil Code of the State of California. It is my intention hereby to fully, finally, and forever settle and release all possible claims,

known and unknown, for or relating to my Activities with Student Television Network.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties. I understand that Student Television Network makes no representations or warranties, express or

implied, as to the quality or safety of the Activities, nor do I rely on any such representation or warranty in participating in the

Activities.

4. Indemnification and Hold Harmless. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless STN from any and all claims, actions, suits,

procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, in connection with or arising out of or resulting from

my participation in the Activities and to reimburse Student Television Network for any expenses incurred by Student Television

Network as a result thereof.

5. Photographic Release. I hereby grant and convey unto STN all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and

video or audio recordings of myself made by or for Student Television Network during my Activities with STN, including, but not

limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such recordings and the right to use, reproduce, publish, display,

distribute, and transmit such recordings throughout the world in any and all media now known or later developed.

6. Severability. I further expressly agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the

State of California, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full

legal force and effect.

7. Entire Agreement. This Release contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. All

express or implied representations, agreements and understandings with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or

written, heretofore made are expressly superseded by this Release. This Release may be amended only by a written instrument duly

executed by me and Student Television Network.

8. Governing Law. This Release shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without

regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. I hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state and

federal courts located in San Diego, California, USA.

I understand that by agreeing to this Release, I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am

agreeing to this Release freely and voluntarily, and I knowingly assume all risks relating to my participation in the Activities.

I have read this Release, fully understand its terms, and intend to effectuate a complete and unconditional release of liability to the

greatest extent allowed by law.
