WELCOME PACKET
The information below will serve as your welcome packet for camp. If you have any outstanding

Camp Dates: July 19-22, 2004
Camp Times: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Camp Location: Foley Field on the University of Georgia Campus

Check-In Time : Camp check-in will take place from 8:30am – 8:50am on July 19
at Foley Field.
Camp Parking: Campers and their parents can park at Foley Field. There is no cost for parking.
Meals at Camp: Campers will be served lunch each day. Lunch is included in the price of camp.
What to Bring (Baseball Items): All campers should treat this camp like a regular outdoor baseball
practice.

Cleats, Glove, Bat, Batting Gloves
•
Baseball pants, Hat
•
Non-cleated (tennis) shoes
•
Catchers should bring their own gear
•
Any other baseball essential items that you would like to have with you.
•
Please label all items.
Medical Release Form: All campers must have submitted their completed and signed medical
release form to the Bulldog Baseball Camps prior to the camp start date. We ask that you mail/fax
your completed form to us within 7 days after receiving this welcome packet. You will not be able to
participate in the camp if we do not have your medical release form on file. A copy of the medical
release form is located below.

Camp Store: There will be a camp store located at camp with UGA baseball clothing & items for
purchase.
Camp Emergency Phone Number: In the case of an emergency where you need to contact a
camper, please call our Camp Coordinator, Brian Jester, at (706) 255-9533. Please only use this
number in case of an emergency.
Free Tee Shirt: All Bulldog Baseball Campers will receive a complimentary tee shirt. Please be sure to
fill out the shirt info located on the medical release form.

This is a COMMUTER camp only. All campers are responsible for their own transportation.
•
Parents are welcome to stay and watch the camp from the stands.
