UMCES DIVE LOG
A diving log sheet must be submitted after each diving expedition or monthly, at the latest. Log sheets may be printed from the dive manual. A separate
detailed report must be filed immediately for any accident or equipment failures. UMCES diving regulations require current scientific diver status and an
approved dive plan on file with the Scientific Diving Officer prior to engaging in official diving activities.
