Color one number each day after completing the activity starting on December 6, 2014. Return

your coloring sheet to your Tumblebear Teachers the week of January 5, 2015. If your child is

unable to do any of the activities, don’t worry, just improvise! This is not to test knowledge or

challenge your child, this is just for fun, enjoy!

1. Hop on one foot or jump with both feet together 10 times.

2. Do crab walks to your front door.

3. Do 10 jumping jacks.

4. Do 5 tuck jumps (jump and hit your knees)

5. Do L-kicks to your car.

6. Trace your hands and feet on paper plates; try to do a cartwheel using them. Remember

to start in a lunge, one foot forward.

7. Skip to your front door from your car.

8. Hold a front scale (an airplane) to the count of 10.

9. Gallop to the dinner table.

10. Draw a picture of your gymnastics teachers.

11. Make a superman and hold it to the count of 7.

12. Tuck and Roll 3 times, try to stand up using no hands.

13. Jump backwards to your bed tonight.

14. Bear walk over your toys.

15. Try to bounce and catch a ball 3 times.

16. Put on some music and exercise with your family.

17. Do 4 half turns.

18. Hold a ball out in front of you and drop it, try to catch it before it hits the floor.

19. Do a tree scale, hold it until the count of 4.

20. Try bunny hops forward and backward.

21. Sit in a butterfly and touch your nose to your toes.

22. Do 5 straddle jumps (open close jumps)

23. While standing, try to bend down and touch your toes without bending your knees.

24. Do L-Kicks around the house.

25. Sit in a Straddle and try to touch your nose to the ground in between your toes.

26. Make a table and try to hop your feet 3 times.

27. Do a pony kick, remember to have strong arms.

28. Hold a side scale to the count of 3

29. Make a squat then jump up into a straight body 4 times

30. Releve (walk on tip toes) as far as you can.
