To apply for enrolment at Taumarunui High School you must read and sign the SCHOOL

CONDITIONS and the AUTHORITY TO ACT.

School Conditions

My child will abide by all the rules and regulations of Taumarunui High School. If my child

breaches any of these rules or regulations then I understand that my child may be expelled

from the school

Note:

(a) The consumption or possession of illegal drugs or alcohol is viewed as serious breaches of

the school rules. Breaches of this rule will lead to disciplinary procedures.

(b) Cigarette smoking is not permitted at Taumarunui High School

Should a student have to leave Taumarunui High School after fees have been paid, a part

refund may be returned at the Principal's discretion (refer to refund policy on the next page)

Attach the following to your application:

A testimonial from your present school which should include comments on your competency

in English and ability to adjust to life in a new environment.

Certified copies of school reports from the previous two years

A recent passport size photo

Authority to Act

do all such acts, matters or things on behalf of the said child which the said Taumarunui High

or otherwise howsoever for the benefit of the child.
