Circle in Center-Radius Form?
 Steps to Completing the Square of Circles:
1. Get the “a” coefficient equal to 1 (divide all by “a”)
2. Group like-variables together on one side. Move the constant to the other side.
3. Create perfect square trinomials for both the X and Y variables ( )
4. Factor to express circle in center-radius form (DO NOT SOLVE!)
5. Identify the center, radius, and diameter (if necessary)
