Please use this template to prepare for your MTP Practice Delivery sessions during the ASTD

MTP Core Course. The ROPES acronym is designed to guide you through the instructional

phases for each topic. The table is designed to help you link topics to the objectives, outline

supportive learning methods, define appropriate materials and media and document the time

necessary for each topic.
