NOTE: If at any time during the carrying out of the commercial activity there is to be any handling of food

and beverages, or if any food and beverages are to be sold, even if this is not related to the predominant

commercial activity, clearance from the Enviornmental Health Directorate should still be obtained.

However, in such cases, the Commerce Department need not be informed.
