Jammin’ Jump Rope (gym)
Rounds will run 30 seconds, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 6 min, 7 min, 8 min, 9
min, 10 min, ect. Each person will be supplied with the proper size jump rope. If you
mess up (can’t jump it or get tangled up) you will be eliminated. After each round there
will be a 30 second recovery break where participants can get water and such. Rounds
will continue until there is only 1 male winner & 1 female winner standing.
Tire Flip (gym)
Here you will flip tires of various sizes across the room
Hi/Lo Numbers (gym)
Each person will run across the wall touching the numbers in numerical order. You must
tap as many as possible within the arranged time span. Starting with 4 min, 3 min, 2
min 1m 30 sec, 1 min, 45 sec, 30 sec, 25 sec, 20 sec, 15 sec, 10 sec, ect. You must
touch all numbers with a flat palm in numerical order before the time runs out or you
will be eliminated. If you cannot get through all the numbers you will be eliminated as
well. If no one can finish all the numbers by the last round the person who hit the most
will be proclaimed as winner
Speed & Agility Drill (gym)
When the color is called run out and pick the correct color, then race to drop it in the
bucket, and run back to your starting position
Basketball Knockout (gym)
Play a game of knock out men against men, women against women. The object of
knockout is to knock out the player in front of you and continue until you are the last
player standing. Players line up single file at the free throw line. The first two players in
line each get a basketball. The first player shoots. If he makes it, he throws the ball to
the next person standing in line and goes to the back of the line. If he misses it, he
rebounds the ball and attempts to score a basket as quickly as possible. The second
player shoots the ball after the first player makes the shot or his ball hits the rim. If he
sinks the basket before the first player, he throws the ball to the next person in line and
goes to the back of the line. At that point the first player has been knocked out and is no
longer part of the game.
Burpee Builders (gym)
Whistle will be blown each minute and you have 1 minute to do the required burpees.
Each minute you will be told how many you must complete. Minute 1 – 1 burpee…
Minute 2 – 2 burpees… Minute 3 – 3 burpees… Minute 4 – 4 burpees… Minute 5 – 5
burpees… Minute 6 – 6 burpees… Minute 7 – 7 burpees… ect. You must complete the
number of burpees in the allotted minute. If you are unable to you will be eliminated.
