occurs or condition exists that permits the dissolution or winding up of the affairs of any of the

following parties: Borrower, a partnership of which Borrower is a general partner, or an Other

Obligated Party; (8) Borrower fails to comply with all contracts, deed restrictions (including

home owner association rules, regulations, and assessments), and governmental regulations

affecting the Property, (9) Borrower fails to pay the applicable property taxes when due, or (10)

any Collateral Security is impaired by loss, theft, damage, levy and execution, issuance of an

official writ or order of seizure, or destruction, unless it is promptly replaced with collateral

security of like kind and quality or restored to its former condition.

When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural.

THIS WRITTEN LOAN AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE FINAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE

PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS,

OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENTS OF THE PARTIES.

THERE ARE NO UNWRITTEN ORAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
