To protect your vacation, we do not overbook our motorhomes. In turn, we ask that you reserve a vehicle only for the dates you are willing to pay for.

Reservations cannot be moved. Reservations cannot be transferred from one year to the next. If prepayment of Daily Rental Fees is not received 75 days

before your pick up day, your reservation will be cancelled and the Reservation Deposit forfeit. There is a minimum $500 charge for canceling a

reservation. If you must cancel your reservation:

76 or more days before pick up:

There will be no refund of the Reservation Deposit. Any prepaid Daily Rental Fees will be refunded.

0 - 75 days before pick up:

There will be no refund of the Reservation Deposit. In addition, prepaid Daily Rental Fees will be forfeit.

No shows/late arrivals will be held until 1:00 p.m. on the day of pick up, then subject to cancellation and forfeiture of Daily Rental Fees and Reservation

Deposit. We are required by law to collect tax on any deposits and prepayments you forfeit. We will make every effort to provide the customer with the

model requested. We reserve the right to substitute models of different sizes. Should a model of another size be substituted, liability will be limited to refund

of price differential between model paid for and model received. There is no processing charge for adding rental days or extra hours, if they are available.

Client’s signature below warrants they and all members of their party possess adequate identification and have the ability to enter and transit Canada. Great

Alaskan Holidays, Inc. is not responsible (beyond refund of fees and deposits paid to Great Alaskan Holidays, Inc.) for having to cancel a reservation due to

circumstances beyond Great Alaskan Holidays, Inc. control such as actions of third party contractors or manufacturers, strikes, lockouts, riots and stoppage of

labor from whatever cause, terrorist activities and/or acts of war or for any other reason beyond Great Alaskan Holidays, Inc. control. Towing is not permitted.

No smoking or pets are permitted in the motorhomes, Service Animals are welcome. I understand Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is recommended

from

or similar and that exceptions to these policies will not be made under any circumstances. CancelCare Protection is not available from
