Instructions:
The access card readers on each building have been assigned an operational schedule. This operational schedule controls the activity of the reader and their
respective doors. The following types of modes may be scheduled for the card readers:
•
Unlock Mode = No ID card required for entry and the door is unlocked or open to the public.
•
Control Mode = A valid ID card, with the appropriate privilege/plan, is required to unlock the door.
•
Lock Mode = No access is permitted by ID card and the door is locked.
Enter a time period for each day of the week for the appropriate mode (e.g., ‘6am-8pm’ in the Monday Times-Unlock box).
Enter specific dates in the ‘Dates(s)’ box (mm/dd/yy format) only if a temporary schedule is needed (e.g., special schedule for a holiday or event)
