We agree to supply the Bureau of Plant Industry, Mississippi State, Mississippi, with the

names of other nursery firms not shown before purchasing nursery stock from them. We also

agree that we will purchase the plants we sell from certified Mississippi nurseries, or from

nurseries certified to sell in Mississippi. We further agree to report to the Bureau any infested or

infected plants which might be sold to us.

We understand that if we handle uncertified stock, that such stock will be subject to

confiscation and we will be denied the privilege of operating as a nursery dealer.
