Fabric B- Seaweed – Lt. Blue

Cut (2) 4 ½” x 60 ½” LOF strips.

Cut (12) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (8) 1 ½” x 60 ½” strips.
Cut (1) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 1 ½” x 50 ½” strips.

Cut (2) 58” x WOF strips. Sew together and trim to make (1) 58” x 70” back.

Block Assembly
Following the manufacturer’s instructions, trace the listed number of each template (PAGE 4) onto the paper side
of the fusible web. Roughly cut out each template about 1/8” outside the drawn lines.
Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the
drawn lines.
Refer to Figure 1 to arrange and press (3) Fabric F large circles, (4) Fabric B medium circles, (2) Fabric G small
circles, (2) Fabric H large circles and (2) Fabric I small circles onto (1) 6 ½” x 60 ½” Fabric D strip.
Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch to make (1) Bub-
ble Row.
Repeat Steps 3-4 to make a second Bubble Row.
Sew (1) 1 ½” x 60 ½” Fabric E strip to each side of (1) Bubble Row lengthwise. Repeat with the second Bubble
Row.
Sew (1) 1 ½” x 60 ½” Fabric E strip to each side of (1) 10 ½” x 60 ½” Fabric A strip lengthwise to make the middle
column.
