9. DOWER: The provisions made in this Judgment are in full satisfaction of each party’s claim to the other party’s real
and personal property. Any dower interest is forever barred.
10. INSURANCE. Unless specifically provided in the property settlement, if one party is the beneficiary of a life insurance
policy or annuity on the life of the other party, the beneficiary shall now be the estate of the insured party. The insured
party is responsible for notifying the insurance company of this Order. This Order shall not prevent or affect beneficiary
changes made after this date.
11. RETIREMENT BENEFITS: Unless specifically provided in this Judgment, each party shall have their pension, profit
sharing, or retirement benefits, free of any claim by the other party.
12. IMPLEMENTATION: Each party shall cooperate by signing any documents necessary to carry out the terms of this
Judgment. The Judgment may be recorded or used in lieu of the unsigned document.
13. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: the Court retains jurisdiction to interpret and enforce the provisions of this
Judgment.
14. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Judgment is final on the date it is signed by the Judge and filed with the Clerk. This
Judgment resolves the last pending claim in this case and closes the case, except to the extent jurisdiction is retained by
law.
