UTILITY CONTRACTOR (AB) - DISPOSAL SYSTEMS CONTRACTOR (AA) RENEWALS
The license may be renewed if the application is received on or before the expiration date. If the application is received
within thirty days after the expiration date, it may be renewed upon payment of the license fee plus a $25 penalty fee.
Thereafter, a license will be issued by examination only.
Display of License: Article 11 of the Anne Arundel County Code requires licensees to display the license in the place of
business and to conspicuously display on the licensee’s vehicles the name of the licensee as it appears on the license and
the company telephone number.

HOLDER. Limits of liability are $300,000 bodily injury and $100,000 property damage. Show proof of Worker’s
Compensation, if applicable.
