Accreditation Office and Safety Inspection for Entrants open at Gate A.
All Pre-entrants and New Entrants must go through the Accreditation & Safety Inspection
process to kick off your weekend! Any un-processed entrants that arrive out of office hours
will need to buy a weekend camper pass at the gate and we will reimburse you in the
morning once you come back to accreditation to process your entry.
Remember: We are open until 10pm – so save yourself the line-up time, and come along in
the afternoon or after work. If you show up at 12, you will have to wait 3 hours.
Thursday is a set up day only – no track activities. Admission to the venue Thursday is
available for only Entrants & 4 Day Camping Spectators via Gate A
No General Spectator Admission available Thursday.
24 hour access to the venue for Entrants & Camping ticket holders only.
10pm - Midnight
Access to Weekend Camping Pass holders and Camping Entrants.
**Any entrants coming in after 10pm Thursday night will need to purchase a weekend
camping pass, and return to the accreditation office in the morning to arrange
reimbursement.
Drivers Briefing will be held in the Hinxman Room which is on the first level of the corporate
boxes at the Tower end. Listen for PA Announcements for times.

Alcohol Policy
Powercruise is an alcohol free event. Alcohol and/or glass is not permitted to be brought into the
venue. Alcohol WILL NOT be sold at the venue. All vehicles entering and re-entering the venue
will be searched for alcohol, any alcohol found will be confiscated and will not be returned. If you
don’t have to go through accreditation, you can drive around the line up and go directly to Gate A
to have your car checked.
Driver’s Blood Alcohol Limit for the track is 0.00.
Driver’s Blood Alcohol Limit for the venue is 0.05.
All entrants will be randomly breath tested by Powercruise staff before entering the
cruising sessions and all other track events. You may be arrested by Police if you are
caught driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol.
Have a great weekend and remember, I along with thousands of other likeminded car enthusiasts
would like this event to go on for years to come. We don’t tolerate antisocial behaviour so be a
sport.
