22004 STATE OF KANSAS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE QUESTIONNAIRE
All Kansas corporate income taxpayers are required, pursuant to K.S.A. 74-8017, to complete the following questionnaire
regarding economic development income tax credits and sales tax exemptions. The information requested by the questionnaire is
required to evaluate the effectiveness of these economic development and business tax credits and incentives provided by the state of
Kansas.
Your responses will be kept in the strictest of confidence in preparing and publishing the reports required by K.S.A. 74-8017. If
you have any questions, call the Department of Revenue at 785-368-8222, press 5 for Business Taxes (listen briefly), then press 3 for
Corporate Taxes.
