INFORMATION TO AID IN THE COMPLETION OF THE FAA ENTRY POINT
FILING FORM FOR THE INTERNATIONAL REGISTRY
For parties wishing to obtain an authorization code to transmit information to the
International Registry, AC Form 8050-135 must be submitted to the FAA Aircraft
Registry.
The minimum requirements to complete each section are as follows:
PARTY: The complete name, address and telephone number of at least one of the
parties to the conveyance or prospective conveyance must be shown. The party may also
include their electronic address, if applicable.
COLLATERAL: A complete description of all affected collateral must be shown
including the make, model, serial number, and U.S. registration/identification number, if
applicable. If more space is required, additional collateral may be listed on an
attachment, and the appropriate block checked on the form.
TYPE OF INTEREST: Check the appropriate block for the type of interest. At least
one block must be checked.
SUBMITTED BY: Show name, address, and telephone number of the submitter.
An incomplete submission will prevent or delay issuance of an authorization code.
This form may be completed manually or online and faxed or mailed to the above
