Coaching Services Contract

This agreement is made between ___________________________ acting on behalf of the

Monroe Soccer Club herein after known as the CLUB/TEAM, and the professional coach. It

regulates the provision of Soccer Coaching Services for the CLUB/TEAM.

In return for the professional training/coaching, the CLUB/TEAM will pay a fee of

$____________payable in 3 installments as follows:

$____________ (33%) due prior to the first scheduled league game

$____________ (33%) due prior to the fifth scheduled league game

$____________ (33%) due prior to the last scheduled league game

Fees cover: 18-22 practices during the season, all league games, one tournament and all State

Cup games.

Should the number of practices or games attended be lower or higher than stipulated above, the

CLUB/TEAM Coach and Director of Coaching shall determine an appropriate adjustment to the

compensation. The professional coach has the right to withhold training/coaching services if the

above amounts have not been paid by the agreed dates.

The Professional Coach will:

1. Provide professional training and coaching services for the CLUB/TEAM for a

guaranteed period beginning ____________________________________________.

2. Notify Team General Manager in advance of any practice time conflicts and provide

licensed substitute trainer in the event said Coach cannot make a practice. Substitute

coaches cannot be provided for games as they would not be on the team’s roster.

3. Submit all paperwork in accordance with CJSA regulations and submit to a background

check.

4. Maintain all current licenses with regard to the appropriate age group.

CLUB/TEAM will:

1. Provide any and all administration required for its players to participate in games and

practices.

2. Provide safe training facilities that are hazard free with secure goals.

It is agreed that it is the CLUB/TEAM responsibility to liaise with the Coach to decide on the

cancellation of any practice, training session or game. It is further understood that the

CLUB/TEAM will pay the entire fee stated above regardless of the number of training sessions

not provided due to inclement weather, terrorism or acts of God.
