FRIDAY AFTERNOON SALE HORSES MUST BE CHECKED IN BY NOON FRIDAY.
HORSE BARNS ARE NOT OPEN FOR STALLING UNTIL THURSDAY 8:00 A.M.!
NON REFUNDABLE $20.00 per head consignment fee
All Horses, Mules & Ponies MUST be pre consigned.
Please consign horses in owner’s name & only one consignor per form.
Consignment will not be official until form & fees are paid and received in our office!
Negative Coggins Test & a current Health paper
MUST accompany each horse @ check-in! NO EXCEPTIONS!
All REGISTRATION PAPERS must be up to date in the current owner’s name accompanied with a
SIGNED TRANSFER. Otherwise horses will sell as GRADE.
We are NOT accepting any yearling or 2 yr. old Light Horses or Ponies.
