Clear Diesel Schedule Recap--All Gallons Must Be Reported Gross

Line 1

Enter physical beginning inventory of bulk storage fuel. Should be the same as closing physical

inventory from previous period. Do not include clear diesel in storage at a retail location.

Line 2

Enter amount from form MF-2-1, schedule type 2, product code 160.

Line 3

Enter amount from form MF-2-1, schedule type 3, product code 160.

Line 4

Enter total of lines 1 through 3.

Line 5

Enter amount from form MF-2-2, schedule type 6, product code 160.

Line 6

Enter amount from form MF-2-2, schedule type 7, product code 160.

Line 7

Enter amount from form MF-2-2, schedule type 8, product code 160.

Line 8

Enter amount from form MF-2-2, schedule type 10 B, product code 160.

Line 9

Enter physical ending inventory of bulk storage fuel. Do not include clear diesel in storage at a

retail location.
