ROADWAY EASEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this_______day of_______, 20____, by and between

______________________________ party (parties) of the first part and Williams County and/or

_________________ Township, party (parties) of the second part.

WITNESSETH: The said party (parties) of the first part hereby grant and convey to the party (parties)

of the second part for use as a public highway, and for such necessary or incidental use as may be deemed

necessary, that tract or parcel of land in the County of Williams and State of North Dakota, described as

follows:

All that property lying_______feet________and adjacent to the____________ section line of the

_________________________ Township_______, North of Range_______, West of the Fifth Principal

Meridian, excepting the _________ feet. Easement is for ______ feet additional road easement.

The party (parties) of the first part do certify that they are fee owners of the above described property

and that same is free of all encumbrances, except those that are on record with the Williams County Recorder’s

Office.

The party (parties) of the first part reserve unto themselves all of the minerals lying in and under the

above described property.

It is further understood and agreed that the party (parties) of the first part do also agree to allow party

(parties) of the second part to slope beyond said limits where necessary to build a 4 to 1 backslope for purpose

of streamlining said road and to prevent slope wash.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party (parties) of the first part has hereunto set his/her (their) hand
