§ 50-73.83 of the Code of Virginia requires that this statement be in the English language, typewritten or

printed in black, legible and reproducible and that the person who files this statement promptly send a copy

of the statement to every nonfiling partner and to any other person named as a partner in the statement.

Submit the original Statement of Registration as a Foreign Registered Limited Liability Partnership to the

Clerk of the State Corporation Commission, PO Box 1197, Richmond, VA 23218-1197 or 1300 East Main

Street, Tyler Building, 1

Floor, Richmond, Virginia 23219, along with a filing fee check for $100.00 payable

The application for registration as a foreign registered limited liability partnership must be

accompanied by a duly authenticated certificate of status from the filing office in the jurisdiction in

which the applicant is registered as a limited liability partnership.

NOTES

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ONLY: The registered agent information must be identical to that which

presently is on record with the Commission for the limited partnership. In order to change the

registered agent and/or the registered agent’s address, the Registered Limited Liability Partnership

must file a Statement of Change of Registered Agent. If it wishes to file this change prior to filing

this registration, use form LPA-73.5. If it wishes to file this change after filing this registration, use

form UPA-135.
