PETITION FOR CHANGE OF COLLEGE
The decision to change from one college to another should be made thoughtfully as this change will affect
important areas of your life. You will have new academic advisers, a new college address, and you will
graduate with your new college.
Additionally, an approved change of college petition does not guarantee housing at your new college nor
does it terminate any existing housing application/contract. If you live on campus and are considering
a change of college, you should discuss this with the housing staff at your current college before
proceeding.

Complete the top portion of the form.
2.

either The Navigator or the Schedule of Classes for the quarterly deadlines to file for change of

NOTE: YOUR REQUEST TO CHANGE COLLEGES MAY BE DENIED BY EITHER THE CURRENT
