ESCROW AGREEMENT

Site Clean Up Agreement

The sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 ) will be held in escrow with the City of Wheat Ridge until site clean up has been completed and accepted

by the City at

(temporary licensee).

The City of Wheat Ridge shall have the absolute right to withdraw all escrow funds for the purpose of completing the site clean up should the temporar

licensee fail to complete or provide site clean up prior to(date)

The only requirement of the City of Wheat Ridge to withdraw escrow funds on behalf of the City shall be a letter from the Zoning Department, witnesse

by the Mayor of the City of Wheat Ridge, stating that the site cleanup has not been provided or completed by the temporary licensee within the allocate

time.

REFUND AUTHORIZATION:

The site stated above has been inspected this date and found to be clean. Authorization is given to the Treasury Department to refund the escrow
