Footings and Piers

Footings and Piers 12” Below Grade? Yes ____ No ____

Piers no more than 10 feet apart? Yes ____ No ____

Less than 2 ft. frame extension beyond end piers? Yes ____ No ____

16” x 16” x 4” solid block or concrete pad supporting all piers? Yes ____ No ____

Tie Downs

Tie downs shall not be more than 11 feet on center and not more than 2 feet from the end of the unit?

Guardrails required on all open sides of stairways, porches & balconies located more than 30 inches
